GO.56 Dt.6-7-2012 All the Vacancies of SGTs shall be notified without Blocking
Rules – The Andhra Pradesh Teachers (Regulation of Teachers) Rules, 2012 –
Notified – Amendment orders – Issued vide
EDUCATION (SE-SER-III) DEPARTMENT G.O.Ms.No.56 Date : 06.07.2012
“The following proviso shall be added under sub-rule (3) of rule 9 of the A.P.
Teachers (Regulation of Transfers) Rules, 2012 and the same shall be deemed to
have come into force with effect from 16.06.2012.
‘Provided, for the purpose of transfer counseling being taken up in July, 2012
all the vacancies of Secondary Grade Teachers shall be notified without blocking
any vacancy, however, the Secondary Grade Teachers who are transferred under
Transfer Counseling shall be relieved subject to the condition that there shall be
50% of regular teachers (fraction shall be treated as One) working in the school
and also only the senior most Secondary Grade Teachers shall be relieved.
Examples:
1. If only one Secondary Grade Teacher is working in the School and got
transfer he / she shall not be relieved without substitute.
2. If two Secondary Grade Teachers are working in the School and got
transfer, the junior in the school shall not be relieved without substitute.
3. If three Secondary Grade Teachers are working in the School and got
transfer, the two juniors in the school shall not be relieved without
substitute.
4. If four Secondary Grade Teachers are working in the school and got
transfer, the two juniors in the school shall not be relieved without
substitute.
5. Like wise, if eleven Secondary Grade Teachers are working in the school
and got transfer, the six juniors in the school shall not be relieved without
substitute.

New D.A 41.944% G.O.No.178,dt.4.7.12 Released !
Government vide G.O.Ms.No.178,Finance(PC-I)Department,dt.04.07.2012 has enhanced the D.A of State Govt Employees from 35.952% to 41.944% (Raise 5.992%) with effect from 01.01.2012.
D.A Arrears from January,12 to April,12 will be adjusted into the PF / CSS Accounts of the Employees and Paid in Cash from May,12.

Dearness Relief to pensioners
sanctioned in the G.O. 11th
read above from 35.952% to 41.944% from 01.01.2012
in respect of: -
(i) those who retired from service after 01.7.2008 and drawing
pension in the Revised Pay Scales, 2010;
(ii) those who retired prior to 01.7.2008 and whose pension was
consolidated in the light of orders issued in the G.O. 2nd

above;
(iii) those who retired prior to 01.01.1996 drawing UGC Pay Scales
and whose pension was ordered to be consolidated in the light of
orders issued in G.O. (P) No.95, Finance (Pen.I) Department, dated
01.08.2000 and
(iv) the monetary benefit of Dearness Relief now sanctioned above
shall be with effect from the month of January, 2012.

Inclusion of VIII Class in U.P Schools G.O.Ms.No.55,dt.5.7.12 Released !
School Education Department vide G.O.Ms.No.55(PE-SSA)Department, dt.05.07.2012 has issued all the necessary instructions viz.,
1)Staff Pattern 2)Norms for Teachers Workload 3)No.of Periods per week for including 8th Class in Upper Primary Schools to have 8 years of Elementary cycle from 2012-13.
However, the Roll of VI & VII Classes should be above 40 and there should be No U.P.School or High School within a distance of 3 KM. MEO will be the Inspecting authority for VIII Class in these U.P.Schools.
